What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 2pm, check-out by 11am. Early arrival or late departure can usually be arranged with the concierge.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. Within 48 hours, the first night is charged.
Are pets allowed?
Small pets are welcome in the Garden Room and Deluxe Rooms by prior arrangement.
